This is not your traditional margarita, in fact it's not really a margarita at all, but if you're looking for something different to cool off with on May 5th, give this a shot.
Ingredients:
-Bombay Saphire Gin
-Fresh Lemon Juice
-Sugar cube
Method:
Crush a sugar cube in the bottom of a rocks glass with a tablespoon of water.
Add a splash of Pineapple Habanero Sauce and the juice of half a lemon.

#EssentialCocktail => Pulled Halibut Cheek Slider Spicy Caesar
This just might be the best Spicy Caesar recipe ever, and after drinking a few we know it is! (for you Americans, a Caesar is a Canadian cocktail much like a Bloody Mary but made with clam infused tomato juice). They are amazing, and to quote Samuel L Jackson in Pulp Fiction, "the cornerstone to any nutritious breakfast”.
Caesar Ingredients:
-Vodka
-Walter craft caesar mix
-Horseradish
-Lime
-Worcestershire sauce

Cool off and unwind with a spicy margarita this summer!
Ingredients:
-Tequila
-Limes
-Brown sugar
-Sea salt
-Cilantro
-Habanero peppers
-Jonny Hetherington Essentials Pineapple Hot Sauce
Method:
The night before, freeze a few habanero peppers in your ice tray.
On the stove reduce a half cup of brown sugar and one cup of water down to a simple syrup.
Squeeze the juice of more lines than you think, start with 8 or 10.

#EssentialCocktail => Spicy Hot Buttered Rum
A habanero twist on a Hot Holiday cocktail.
Ingredients:
-2 cups water
-1/4 cup of butter
-2/3 cup brown sugar
-1/2 tsp Jonny Hetherington Essentials Peach Habanero Hot Sauce
-3/4 tsp cinnamon
-1/2 tsp nutmeg
-1 clove
-1/8 tsp salt
-1/2 tsp vanilla extract
-2/3 cup rum
Whipping Cream Method:
Add a slash of maple syrup or a few tablespoons of brown sugar to 1 cup of heavy whipping cream. In a chilled bowl, whip the cream by hand until thick. I like to do this outside, as it’s seems to slash everywhere....
